The Realme 6i is a decent phone, capable of managing all the tasks that we ask, and that works very well with high quality games. The 5000mAh massive battery capacity, the camera performance and the advantage of being powered by the new Mediatek Helio G80, gives us a really good smartphone with gaming friendly performance and, on top of all that, with a battery life that will never end. For about $200 bucks, this device screams ‘amazing cost-benefit relation’.

Design and display
One of the main arguments for the Realme 6i was to obtain a smartphone with good performance, but at an affordable price for everyone, and the design has been one of the aspects in which the budget’s cuts are most appreciated.
For this model, the back has been made of polycarbonate by the designer Naoto Fukasawa, which shows us a pearly look with a little twilight effect in colors white and green. With a size of 6.47 x 2.97 x 0.35 inches and weighing almost 200 grs, the Realme 6i is a bit bigger than his brother, the Realme 6, but still is not the biggest or the heaviest in the market.
The IPS 6.5 Inch corning gorilla glass screen with 1600 x 720px comes in HD+, is not the clearest and one of the downsides of this smartphone. Nice display but it could lose some details in comparison to other devices with FullHD+.
Performance and battery life
Realme offers us two versions for this phone: one with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and the other that raises the bet with 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM. The two models can be expanded with a micro SD of up to an additional 128GB. Powered by the new Mediatek Helio G80 makes this device the capacity to run high quality games easily with no lag at all.
As for battery capacity, we are talking now about 5000mAh, one of the most outstanding features of the Realme 6i that also comes with 18W quick charge capacity and gives you up to 20 hours of screen active use or standby up to 39 days (when not using anything, turning of data etc.). This is the longest battery life in any of the Realme smartphones. It’s insane, I love it!
By the way, we also have reversed charging with this Realme 6i, so using the USB we can charge other devices using the phone as a power source.
For the camera we got 48MP primary camera f/1.8 aperture + 8MP ultra wide-angle lens FOV 119°, f/2.3 aperture + 2 MP B&W portrait lens f/2.4 aperture + 2MP macro lens 4cm focus, f/2.4 aperture. You could get perfectly beautiful pictures at any time of the day and professional looking selfies with the 16MP frontal camera.
Conclusion: The goal for Realme 6i was to bring us a good smartphone at the lowest price possible, and surely they achieve it!
The Up’s: The insanely long lasting battery life, the performance and the front and back cameras.
The downs: The HD+ screen is not the best, the plastic frame is not the classiest and the sound system could be a lot better.
